Connor Pass An Chonair
Laying 456 meters above sea level, the Connor pass is Ireland's highest mountain pass. A truly breathtaking view can be enjoyed at the parking area, from where Mount Brandon and Brandon Bay can be seen.
The lakes down in the valley are remnants of the last ice age and are called kettle holes.
The Connor pass is located 6,5 kilometres north-east of Dingle Town. The Wild Atlantic Way passes the mountain pass on its way to Dingle Town.
If you feel overchallenged with the narrow, winding roads you can follow the N86 at Camp instead, which also leads to Dingle Town.
