Galley Head Ceann Dhún dTéide

The lighthouse at Galley Head can already be seen from very far away. It was built in 1875 surrounded by huge, ancient walls, that used to be part of the Dún Deidi Fort. West of the headland lay some truly beautiful beaches, Long Strand, Red Strand and Owenahincha Beach being some of them.
