Dingle Bay

Bá an Daingin
Dingle Peninsula -County Kerry

At the entrance to Dingle Harbour, high sea cliffs rise above the sea along Dingle Bay. At this point there is an active lighthouse (Dingle Harbour Lights) and next door the ruin of an older signal tower. Besides fishing boats, tourist boats cross the bay looking for the dolphin Fungi, which has lived here since the mid-1980s.
